Time to play

So Lucy and Lincoln are both napping and I had time to play on my blog! I think I can get better at this. It's kind of like life...just keeping working at it and it will get better. We went to a fun climbing place today and we all had fun!! I think it released alot of stress as I went down the slides, climed to the top of the structure with Lucy and played air hockey with Lincoln...well not really.
Anyway--it's rain rain rain here today and it was nice to something with the kiddos.
I enjoy this blogging thing. It feels like I am talking with family and friends and letting them all know that we are doing well and it also gives me time for myself.
I will work on this later and try to post some more pictures.

All mixed up

I'm so lost here. I post my pictures on the side and then I try to keep everything organized but it's just not happening. I need Nick to help me but I feel so bad. He's so busy at work and then by the time he gets home, I'm sure thats all he wants to do is help me with my blog!! I'll get the hang of it one of these days.
Anyway--things are starting to get better. Lucy starts school here in 1 week and she is also going to do DANCE! We are very excited about that. Lincoln is going to hopefully start a music class in Sept. and I will start MOPS. I am looking forward to some activity in our lives. I feel like it's pretty slow right now.
We are all hanging in there and can do this.
We went to a fun park...that is where the 2 pictures that are on the side area from. It is huge and has everything from trampolines, to an owl exhibit, to a butterfly exhibit, to a small zoo(the penguins were the best) and boats that you couild ride on. It was wonderful.

Hello to all

So I'm new at this blogging. I've been looking at all my friends blogs back home and I was determined to start my own. So here it is for now. Hopefully I will get the hang of it rather quickly and mine can look as neat as all of yours.
Things are fine here in Heidelberg. Still pretty lonely. We are going to meet Nick for lunch today, so that is the highlight of the day here. We have been going to lots of parks aroudn the area. The parks here are a big part of the german lifestyle. So their parks are fabulous!!!!
We miss each and every one of you dearly. I know I need to slow down and not wish the year away. I need to take it in and enjoy that we get to walk or ride our bikes everywhere. I keep telling everyone that I am either going to come home 20 lbs. heavier because of all wonderful foods here or come back in more shape. We'll see.
